Your Voice Mediation offers quality conflict and dispute resolution services through mediation. Our goal is to empower our clients to create lasting solutions to their conflicts with each other. Our services are available virtually through online mediation conferences using platforms such as Zoom Meetings or Google Meet. We strive to make mediation as comfortable for you as possible.

​Mediation is a conflict resolution process that facilitates problem-solving in a supportive, positive environment. In our mediation practice at Your Voice Mediation our mediators are committed to creating agreements that are not just acceptable to all parties, but also successful and beneficial for all. All parties are encouraged to work together to reach the best possible resolution to their dispute through the process.
The Mediator
Michele Davda CM, CM/F, CDS®
Michele is a certified mediator with family designation from the Montana Mediation Association (MTMA). She is also a Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS®).
In her practice, Michele uses facilitative mediation where she facilitates negotiation between parties and encourages disputants to reach their own voluntary solution. Her education also includes a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University, and a M.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Florida.

In addition to private mediations, Michele serves as President of the MTMA Board of Directors and chair of the Certification & Education Committee. She is also a member of The Academy of Professional Family Mediators.

Michele currently lives in Trego, Montana with her partner, Pete, and their labradoodle, Winnie, and pyredoodle, Shaila, where she enjoys hiking, camping, snowshoeing, and working on their land.
