Our services are available virtually through online mediation conferences using platforms such as Zoom Meetings or Google Meet. We strive to make mediation as comfortable for you as possible.

In our mediation practice at Your Voice Mediation our mediators are committed to creating agreements that are not just acceptable to all parties, but also successful and beneficial for all. All parties are encouraged to work together to reach the best possible resolution to their dispute through the process.
Michele Davda CM, CM/F
Michele is a certified mediator with family designation from the Montana Mediation Association (MTMA) and is certified with Mediators Without Borders in Mediation, Applied Mediation Practice, and Family Mediation.
In her practice, she uses facilitative mediation and the INACCORD Conflict Analysis Model developed by Mediators Without Borders. Her education also includes a B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University, and a M.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Florida.
In addition to private mediations, Michele volunteers with the Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire in Savannah, Georgia and is a certified member of the MTMA where she serves on the MTMA Board and the Certification Education Committee. She is also a member of The Academy of Professional Family Mediators.
Michele currently lives in Trego, Montana with her partner, Pete, and their labradoodle, Winnie, where she enjoys hiking, camping, snowshoeing, and working on their land.
